This must be the easiest bread recipe I've ever come across and I intend to have a go at it and thought I'd also add it to our own recipe page.

My family roots are in Nova Scotia, then Scotland(of course).
I have alot of relatives onsite here, and our family is quite large.
Bessie is our family matriarch, not due to age but wisdom and emense love for her family.
I was born at the foot of the Mohawk Trail in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
I was a distinguished birth due to being the first(WWII) 'war baby' born in the state. :)
I have out of four children born 1 living. I have 2 adopded daughters now grown with their own families.
Grandchildren list: Direct blood line is 3 ...2 are boys 1 a girl, the girl and 1 boy are married now.direct line g-grandchildren..1 girl.
Indirect adopted grandchildren...9 all girls. None yet married but really trying to be. :)
A full house on holidays!
My personal life I am single since 1980, since high school a fine art artist (international), published author and naturopath.
I was an investigative reporter for Walter Cronkite in Florida during the 80's.
In between, mom and grandma.
I am presently in school full time and being degreed in web design.
I year to go. So busy is my lifestyle.
I am Guardian for Clann Muir and that alone is a full time job.
I was raised a traditional, old country Scot and the heritage runs deep in me.
I am a Muir first, everything else follows.
My grandfather is and always will be my centerpole.
Second only to God, the love of my life.
Well, that is the short version.
The long-gaps will come out in a auto-biography someday.
I hope that gives you some idea of me.
