I think it's a great website, I've ordered, a few things from them. I actually purchased my Muir Kilts through a local Kilt shop so that I could be measured, and it could be tailored exactly to me. but you can do the measurments yourself. I would suggest you start with a Casual 5 yard kilt, they are better for everyday, or sporting wear. They also have Formal 8 yard kilts, they are more expensive, and less comfortable, I hardly ever wear my formal unless for a formal event. I would recommend that you get all of your badges, brooches, etc.... from the silver smith Jann mentioned, I have everything from him and I was very happy with his products!
