i would suggest, for countries and states where several members live, to nominate 1 as the POC for that local group, and swap info (phone and such) to really organize, I'm sure some one already thought of this, I'm just making sure no more clan me...

my reason, being that iv got to many obligations, but as Roy asked, i would contact the clan members in the same region/ coutry and see about traveling together! and where to meet the rest before journeying further on to the castle, military style...
