Hi Lori,
Here is what I have and, I added a bit of history with Scottish Shortbread too.

2 cups butter (unsalted butter)(butter was hand churned with no salt)
1 cup packed brown sugar

I'd love to grab a bit of soil but I think customs would flip out!! I also went to the Scotland Museum of History and took some pictures of the Rowallan door to the castle, which has been preserved and is there, for all to see!!! We just got back a bit ago and were exhausted I'll add those later. Jann We will be home from the trip on friday, tomorrow we leave for Ireland, give me a few weeks and then I'll weed throught the photo's and add a bit about them, The tour was great and I believe I'll have no problem remembering what parts of the castle the photo's are of. I have lot's more to add, From Glasgow, and Edinburgh!!
